People can choose from a self-contained fully furnished cottage retreat within sight and support of the main house. It accommodates up to 10 - 12 people. Queen bedroom, 4-6 Bunkroom and a sleeper sofa in lounge area.
Can also be used for families on holiday in the Bay of Plenty.
Is also available for small groups, international travellers, or groups of children and young adults wanting weekend and holiday camps.
Can be self-catering or fully supported with staffing provided
Alternitively the main home is spacious and has a guest/respite room available for respite care & home-stay options... suitable for 1-2 people. This is where people can choose to stay with a genuine kiwi family and be fully supported. Come and enjoy our free-ranging chickens and lots of other annimals to pet and feed.
Our family environment is suited to kids of all ages, we have quiet games and reading areas as well as plenty of outdoor areas with children playground etc. We have four children, our son is 17 and three daughters 13, 10 and 6 years. Our children enjoy the company of other children and are happy to offer buddy support.
Two of our children have ASD spectrum disorders and your host Tracey has 16 years specialist care-giving experience.
The main home is wheelchair friendly and we have a van fitted with wheelchair hoist if needed.
