Deposit & Cancellation policy
To secure a booking you will need to provide credit card details.

The operator will process the inquiry within business hours (between 7.00am & 7.00pm) and then reply with the closest available trip time as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Your credit will be charged at the time of booking, if you are booking an Early Bird Special or purchasing a gift voucher. If you are not booking using the early bird special or purchasing a gift voucher we will not charge your credit card as yet, however our cancellation policy entails a 100% fee (full cost of the tour) if you do not show up on the day, or 25% charge if you cancel on the day. Otherwise we will accept payment for the tour when you check in.
