Deposit & Cancellation policy
WAIPA DELTA BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
1.1. Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable to other guests or bar tabs.
1.2. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment
1.3. In the event where a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the cruise date, the Waipa Delta will issue a gift voucher less $20 per ticket cancellation fee. Vouchers will be valid for up to a period of six months from the cancellation date.
1.4. In the event where a booking is cancelled on the cruise date, the Waipa Delta reserves the right to retain all payments.
2. VOUCHERS:
2.1. In the event where a seat has been reserved with a voucher, that voucher is considered redeemed at the time of booking. Postponements or cancellations will not be accepted.
3. TERMS: All cruises are undertaken in accordance with our standard terms and conditions and code of safe practice, a copy of which is on board.


BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Confirmed bookings are established on receipt of full payment for seats reserved.
2. The Waipa Delta reserves the right to seat passengers in the place that uses the available space to its best advantage.
3. The Waipa Delta will not accept the responsibility for damage to, or loss of any property left aboard prior to, during or after any function.
4. In the event of any damages the client assumes responsibility for any and all damages caused by the client or any of the client's guests or invitees or other persons attending, whether aboard the vessel or any other area owned by the Waipa Delta business.
5. No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought aboard or removed from the Waipa Delta by the Client or any of the Client guests or invitees, unless authorized by management at the time of booking.
6. The Waipa Delta will refuse boarding to any passenger arriving at the vessel in an intoxicated state - WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN IN THIS SITUATION - we serve drinks, not drunks.
7. Should the client wish to operate a Bar Tab a credit card or drivers licence is required to be held by the Waipa Delta. Bar Tabs must be paid in full at the end of the cruise and paid for by cash, eftpos or credit card.
8. If the Waipa Delta cannot be made available to the client for causes beyond the control of the Waipa Delta, the Waipa Delta reserves the right to cancel the booking (100% refund) or if possible hold the event dockside i.e. without cruising (25% refund)
9. The length of the booked cruise may vary at skipper's discretion and menu's are subject to change.
