Bramasole Cottage is 1km off Waihi Beach and is easily located just off State Highway 2 and 16km to the north of the quaint mural town of Katikati which boasts an abundance of open-air art and murals. 15km to the north of Waihi Beach is the historic gold mining town of Waihi with its massive open cast mine and heritage Goldfields Railway running between Waihi and the famous Karangahake Gorge. The district is packed with places of interest and outdoor activities all within easy reach. In less than one hour in either direction is the well known Whangamata, beautiful Tauranga and celebrated Mt Maunganui.
The Cottage is fully furnished with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Linen and bedding is fresh, clean and in good condition. We have plenty of room for the boat and car. Bramasole Cottage provides a wonderful rural environment where you hear the birds sing, the sea roar and enjoy the vista.
There is an abundance of fantastic activities around Waihi Beach. We have great fishing spots, walks through beautiful native bush, golf, paintball, horse trekking, bush go-karting and clay target shooting; or you can spend your time just relaxing on the beach, swimming and sun bathing. When you have had enough sunshine visit our delightful village, great cafes and wonderful shops.
