Established in 1989, Highfield Estate was purchased from a Marlborough grape growing family by the international partnership of Shin Yokoi ( Japan ) and Tom Tenuwera (UK) in 1991.

The company's ambition, derived from its owners' philosophy and culture, is to make Highfield an ultra premium, international, boutique wine brand.

Highfield wines are selected from varieties proven to benefit in Marlborough soils and micro-climates. Wine styles are made to reflect varietal typicality and to express their regional attributes.
