The Resort's Waterline Restaurant provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the restaurant for true beach-front dining. Alternatively, you can dine al fresco the balcony, only metres from the crashing waves. To complement the stunning view, Waterline serves appetizing local West Coast food with a twist, using the best fresh, local produce. The menu is influenced by a variety of international styles. Waterline offers a la carte and continental breakfast from 7am, caf style lunch from 11am-2pm and a la carte fine dining in the evening.
Waterline bar offers a great location to relax with a coffee by the fire and admire the rugged West Coast beach. Open from 10am, the bar offers a selection of regional wines and locally produced beers. Light snacks are also available.
The restaurant and bar are prime locations to relax and admire the impressive, rugged West Coast beach and spectacular sunsets.
