The Diamond Sands Resort is 600 metres from the main Papamoa beach which offers great swimming, surfing and fishing. The resort is located halfway between Bayfair Shopping Centre and the Palm Beach Plaza Shopping Centre.

The clubhouse is available to all resort guests for your private functions. The club has a full kitchen, BBQ, spa pool, sauna, swimming pool, and a fully equipped gym, beach volleyball court and outdoor chess.
