Cancellations are required a full 24 hrs prior to the day of arrival

Cancellations for tour groups is one month prior to arrival, rooming lists must be received within 14 days of travel

All rates are in NZD$ and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%

All bookings online are confirmed by credit card with 24 hr cancellation policy (6pm day before) except special packages which are paid at time of booking and are non-refundable.The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
