Our orchard is located in the Bay of Plenty in a region where there is ample rainfall and no need for irrigation. The soil quality in the region means we have minimal input of inorganic fertilizers, weedicides and pesticides and our EUREPGAP qualified orchard maintains strict rules governing orchard husbandry. The tree varieties that we have selected are recognized for their superior nut flavour, nutritional qualities and health benefits.
Our philosophy maintains a commitment to sustainability and this is reflected in both our orchard husbandry and nut processing where our freshly harvested nuts are dried using a combination of waste heat from coolstore refrigeration units, solar energy and heat generated by the combustion of the inedible shell.
We only ever include our own nuts in our product so you can be assured they are always of the highest quality and taste.
