On Yer Bike Winery Tours offers a fun one-day cycling experience, giving you the opportunity to enjoy tasting some of Hawkes Bay's finest wines and food, while at the same time taking in the superb scenery of the Gimblett Gravels and Ngatarawa Triangle wine growing regions.
The terrain is flat and very easy cycling. Scenery includes vineyards, olive groves, horse studs, orchards and farmland. Some cycling is off-road through local vineyards. There are 9 wineries to choose from including: Abbey Cellars, Alpha Domus, Ash Ridge Wines, Ngatarawa Estate, Salvare, Sileni Estates, Te Awa, Triangle Cellars and Trinity Hill.
The longest ride is around 20km and several alternate smaller distance route options to choose from to the wineries you wish to visit. Enjoy a more leisurely pace, soak up the sun and enjoy the ambiance of the wineries and surrounding countryside.
