it's indi - the modern Indian Restaurant and Take Away in Richmond Village known formerly as Mantra - has just re-opened on 2nd nov 2008 with a new name and new owners. And the business promises to offer customers something different when it comes to value for money dining.
For starters, the business guarantees its customers an offer of tantalising Indian food 'at better prices and with better service' than anywhere else in town. Yes, that's right, new owners An Bist and his wife Ree are committed and excited about providing quality affordable authentic meals to customers, at prices that mean you 'get value for your dollar'. "We want to encourage people to try something different when they think about dining out or take-away meal options," says An. "That's why we have created a dine-in and takeaway menu that offers huge variety and healthy choices, at prices which mean people can afford to treat themselves with a meal out or as a take-a-way." "We stand by our food and prices whilst guaranteeing customers that "if you happen to find cheaper available price we will beat it", says An. "In fact we have reduced the prices of some of the dishes so that all mains are $15.50 for dine in, or only $13.00 for take-away". Banquet meals at $25.00 per person (minimum of two) for a set menu (which can be designed to individual needs) is also a cost effective option for function or group bookings," says An.
