All bookings require credit card details or payment of the first night's package or accommodation to confirm the booking.

A charge for the first night's accommodation will only be made where cancellation is received within 24 hours of arrival or in the event of a no show.

To avoid misunderstandings, all cancellations must be made via email or in writing only.

  • Check in time is 1.00pm on the day of arrival

  • Check out time is 11.00am on the day of departure
