Deposit & Cancellation policy
If you cancel your confirmed booking 7 days or more before your arrivaldate, your deposit will be refunded, less a $15 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, we will make every effort to re-let your unit and if we can, we will refund your deposit, less the $15 administration fee. However, if we cannot re-let the room or rooms, your deposit is forfeited. No refunds for early departure or late arrival. Check in is 2.00pm for Apartments, Motel Unit and Two Bedroom Unit. Check-in for all other accommodation is 12.00noon. Check out for all accommodation is 10.00am.
