The queen bed is fully made with an electric blanket but for the single and bunk beds, we advise you to bring your own bedding. We do provide pillows, and bottom sheets for bunk beds. If you prefer, you can hire the extra items from the park office for a small charge.

Deposit & Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy

Peak seasons deposits/payments are non refundable.

Non peak seasons - if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival the deposit is not refundable.

Any refund will be less a $20.00 cancellation & administration fee per unit/site.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without our consent.

Deposits/payments are non-refundable for no shows. A non-show is considered a cancelled booking.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of one night's stay is required to confirm all bookings. This can be done by Visa or Mastercard if you book on line. For phone or email enquires we accept Visa, Mastercard, internet banking, or cheque which we must have received 10 days before your arrival for deposit payment. A receipt for your booking will be sent to you once your deposit has been paid. The balance of your stay is due on arrival. Payment must be made for full time booked. No reductions for early departure or late arrival. No cash refunds for shortened stays.

Peak Seasons - Xmas, New Year, holiday periods and event weekends have minimum stay requirements.

Group Booking Policy - A deposit of one nights' stay is required. If staying for only one night we do ask for a 50% deposit. The balance of your stay is due on arrival.

Check In is after 1pm and check out is 10am on day of departure.

Late Check Out - subject to availability this can be arranged with no additional cost until 11am. After this point each hour up until 2pm incurs a $10.00 cost. After 2pm another full day payment is required.

A booking is only confirmed with payment of a deposit to All Seasons Holiday Park Taupo.
